By placing an order with Crafted Together Studio, you agree to the following terms.
Custom Orders
Our products are custom-made to order. Please review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and other selections before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and clear photos.
Design Approval
If a design proof is provided, please check it carefully before approving it. Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges or affect the completion date. Colors may appear slightly different on screens and printed products.
Payment
Available payment methods and your order total are displayed at checkout. Any separately arranged payment terms must be confirmed before production begins.
Production & Event Deadlines
Production time varies by product and order size. Please contact us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date. We must confirm that we can accommodate your deadline. Including a date in your order notes does not guarantee delivery by that date.
Shipping
Shipping is available at checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Production time and shipping time are separate.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
Changes & Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations for personal reasons may not be possible.
Returns & Order Problems
Custom and personalized purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind or customer-approved personalization errors.
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or contains an error on our part, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Customer-Provided Images
By submitting photos, logos, or artwork, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for your order.
